It appears likely that Sydney lock-forward Luke Ricketson will scribe his autograph on a new one-year deal with the NRL competition leaders this afternoon.
Ricketson, who has played a club record 276 games for the Roosters since making his debut with the Bondi Junction club in 1991, recently looked as though he may retire. However, the club stalwart will play on with the club on a reduced salary for his 15th season in the red, white and blue.
The 31-year-old has also played 10 games for NSW, five Tests for Australia and a World Cup with Ireland, exiting International footy in grand fashion late last year on the dominant Australian Kangaroo Tour.
