Round 5 Judiciary charges

Gold Coast back rower Luke Swain faces a two week suspension after being handed a grade two striking charge by the NRL match review committee. Swain will miss two weeks if he enters an early plea or fights the charge and is found guilty.

A suspension would be another huge loss for the Titans' forward pack after prop Michael Henderson was ruled out for the year after he broke his leg late in the game against Brisbane last Friday.

St George Illawarra utility Beau Scott faces a one week suspension after being handed a grade one dangerous throw charge from a tackle in the 16th minute of the Dragons' loss to Melbourne on Saturday.

Penrith's Paul Aiton can escape suspension with an early plea for his grade one dangerous throw charge from the Panthers' loss to Parramatta on Friday night. Parramatta winger Eric Grothe has escaped charge after being placed on report for a high tackle on Panther Rhys Wesser during the match.
