Sharks confirm player signings

In adding further quality and depth to their 2013 roster, while at the same time retaining two important members of their current squad, the Sharks have confirmed three significant player signings.

In covering for the loss of retiring centre Colin Best the Sharks have secured the services of Bulldogs outside back Jonathan Wright, with current NRL squad members John Morris and Ricky Leutele both committing to the Cronulla club for the 2013 season

The 25-year-old Wright, who hails from the NSW Country town of Gilgandra, played for the Eels for two seasons before joining the Bulldogs in 2011. He has signed a two-year deal with the Sharks.

Wright has played all 21 games in the top grade for the Bulldogs in 2012, with Sharks coach Shane Flanagan excited to have him on board for the next two years.
