Great Britain coach Tony Smith defended his decision to ring the changes for this weekend's final Gillette Fusion Test against New Zealand.
With the series already decided in his favour, Smith is taking the opportunity to give a debut to Leeds second-rower Jamie Jones-Buchanan and bring in four other players at Wigan.
