St Pauls too good for Erindale
College

Rugby League Foundation - St Paul's have another reason to be proud of their standing as a Rugby League College after beating Erindale College in the Australian Nutri Grain Cup on Saturday.

Following an uneasy start to the match the Del Hughes (former Junior Kiwis and Northcote Tigers coach) coached side went into the halftime break leading 14 points to 10.

Back Shaun Williams-Metcalf was a stand out performer splitting the defence and putting winger Tangi Ropati in for the first of his two tries.

Lead by Jerome Ropati the side didn't let Erindale back into the match.

Tony Gabriel-Hutchins was awarded the player of the day.

The side will head back to Australia to face St Dominics College of Penrith in the next round, with only 16 sides remaining. This match is to be played on the 28th of June as curtain raiser to the Parramatta Eels/Bulldogs match at Parramatta Stadium.
