Stevens heads up judiciary hit

Cronulla front rower Jason Stevens could miss next Saturday night's clash with North Queensland after being charged with 'Grade 1 Contrary Conduct - Knee Lift' by the NRL match review committee.

The Sharks prop was charged following an incident which saw Parramatta hooker PJ Marsh taken from the field in a neck brace in the Eels' 34-26 victory at Toyota Park on Saturday night. Marsh was later cleared of any serious injury.

A guilty verdict, or an early guilty plea, will see Stevens will miss one match.

Melbourne Storm lock Dallas Johnson could be sidelined for three matches after being charged with a 'Grade 1 Dangerous Throw' on Dragons' second rower Lance Thompson in last Sunday's match at Olympic Park.

Meanwhile, Parramatta Eels forward FuiFui Moimoi has been charged with a 'Grade 5 High Tackle - Careless' and could be out for eight weeks following a high tackle on Sharks' forward Hutch Maiava. An early guilty plea will seee Moimoi suspended for six weeks.

Manly forward Kylie Leuluai been also been charged with a 'Grade 5 High Tackle - Careless' following a shot on Penrith winger Luke Lewis at Brookvale. Leuluai could sideline him for six matches.

Sydney Roosters may be without skipper Luke Ricketson for three matches after being charged with a 'Grade 2 Striking' in his side's 30-16 win over Canberra at Gosford on Saturday night. An early guilty plea will see Ricketson miss just two weeks.

In what has been a busy day for the match review committee, Raiders prop Ben Cross has been charged with a 'Grade 1 High Tackle - Careless' and could miss one game.
