Test tickets on sale Monday

Tickets for the only Rugby League Test to be played in Australia this year go on sale this Monday 22 March.

Australia will meet New Zealand on Friday 23 April at Energy Australia Stadium with the Kangaroos planning a full week of activities for fans during their stay.

Already ticket sales have been strong with season-ticket holders from the Newcastle Knights taking advantage of an exclusive pre-booking period.

"The opportunity to be a part of such a highly-anticipated game is going to be a big draw card for footy fans in a city that is a genuine Rugby League heartland," ARL Chief Executive Mr Geoff Carr said today.

"They'll be seeing a top quality game of football, with the memory of October's loss to the Kiwis still fresh enough to provide plenty of motivation for the Kangaroos."
