Test venue
confirmed

New Zealand Rugby League officials have confirmed that North Harbour Stadium will be the venue for the test match between the Kiwis and the Kangaroos on October 16.

North Harbour Stadium has been a happy hunting ground for New Zealand league sides in recent years, with the Kiwis boasting three wins from the four tests played there since 1998.

Last October the Daniel Anderson coached Kiwis silenced their critics with an outstanding performance running away with a 30-16 victory.

In that match centre Clinton Toopi became the first Kiwi in 40 years to score three tries in a test match against Australia.

This year's match also acts as the start of the Kiwis' Tri-series campaign where they will face the Kangaroos and Great Britain in England.

Kick off time and ticket sale details will be confirmed following further discussions with the NZRL's broadcasting and event partners.
