Tuesday's Expert - 2013 NRL Round 9

We look back at the 9th round of the 2013 NRL Premiership, and see who's leading our Player of the Year standings.

A huge week of results now sees the South Sydney Rabbitohs, having dropped just one game all year, atop the NRL table. This is after the Melbourne Storm lost their second straight game to the Penrith Panthers on Sunday night. Canterbury's resurgence continued with their third straight win, the Raiders stunned the Knights 44-14 in Canberra, while the struggling Eels held out Brisbane to record a famous victory for the club on the eve of their board elections. The Tigers and Warriors continue to bring up the rear of the competition after losses at the weekend.

Below you'll find the results, player of the match points and match details for each fixture, plus a look at the NRL ladder after the weekend's games.
