Warriors take second spot and a home
semi final

The New Zealand Warriors have toppled the two premiership favourites in successive weeks with an impressive 18-4 victory over the Brisbane Broncos.

In what turned out to be a low scoring affair the Warriors have confirmed they will not be easybeats once the semi finals roll around and are a very real chance of winning the Premiership this year. They have size, speed and confidence, three essential ingredients for a successful side.

The Warriors have learnt to tough out games when they are in the lead and with the Bulldogs in turmoil, they are entitled to believe they can bring home their maiden premiership to the people of New Zealand who are now out in force to support their team.
