Warriors thrash Bulldogs in NZ trial

The New Zealand Warriors have thrashed the Canterbury Bulldogs 36-6 in tonight's NRL trial match at North Harbour Stadium.

The Warriors opened the scoring after just four minutes through winger Manu Vatuvei following a Michael Witt bomb.

Bulldogs forward Jarrad Hickey strolled through to level the scores soon after.

But the Warriors, struck back, scoring twice just before half time through Michael Crockett and Logan Swann to open up an 18-6 lead.

The home side scored three more tries in the second half to post a convincing victory.
