Cardiff recorded a 36-26 victory over Bridgend Blue Bulls with a spirited attacking display which resulted in seven tries. Man of the match Owain Jenkins played a key role throughout scoring a late brace which included a fantastic burst from dummy half, which secured the points. The Bulls were dealt a big blow early in the first half when they lost there captain and tallisman Jon Purnell with a facial injury.
