Wigan battling
with injuries for Hull clash

Wigan Warriors Coach Stuart Raper has announced the following team for Friday's Tetley's Super League home clash with Hull at the JJB Stadium, 8pm Kick Off.

Missing through injury are Paul Johnson (Hamstring), Danny Sculthorpe (Shoulder) and Jamie Ainscough (Arm) as well as Brett Dallas, Brian Carney, Kris Radlinski and Stephen Wild, but the Warriors do welcome back Second Row Danny Tickle to the bench.

The Team is -

Shaun Briscoe, Martin Aspinwall, Sean O'Loughlin, Kevin Brown, David Hodgson, Nick Graham, Adrian Lam, Craig Smith, Terry Newton, Terry O'Connor, Mick Cassidy, Gareth Hock, Andy Farrell.

Subs - Luke Robinson, Danny Tickle, Mark Smith, Ricky Bibey.

Coach Stuart Raper commented,

"I have shown faith with the youngsters again after the win at St.Helens last week, I am looking for Luke to play a pivotal part off the bench again."

Wigan lost 20-4 at the KC Stadium earlier in the campaign and Coach Stuart Raper said,

"Hull have proved this year they are a very good side, I believe the game away was the one fixture where we looked as if we were never going to win out of all the games we have played this year. The games that we have lost we have had an opportunity to win them. We didn't show enough signs to get the two points that night, we were never in front so we want to get one back on them."
