A big week for both teams' rep contingent with a handful of players under a big question mark, or already omitted. From the team named Tuesday, the Roosters have lost Mitch Aubusson to a hamstring injury. Matt Ikuvalu joins the backline with Sitili Tupouniua to debut from the bench.

Melbourne meanwhile withdrew Queensland forward Felise Kaufusi on Thursday, Joe Stimson promoted to the starting side. Additionally, Ryley Jacks comes out of the 17 with Jahrome Hughes to partner Munster in the halves. Tui Kamikamica & Pat Kaufusi join the interchange.
