Sam's back for another week of teamlist analysis - find out where you can help improve your Supercoach team, with all the ins and outs for NRL Round 13.

1. Jack Wighton 2. Brenko Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Aidan Sezer 8. Shannon Boyd 9. Josh Hodgson 19. Junior Paulo 15. Iosia Soliola 12. Elliot Whitehead 13. Luke Bateman
Interchange: 14. Kurt Baptiste 11. Josh Papalii 16. Clay Priest 10. Joseph Tapine

In - Josh Papalii, Brenko Lee, Clay Priest

Out - Shaun Fensom, Edrick Lee, Jeff Lima

Analysis - Canberra return to GIO Stadium to host the Sea Eagles, which promises to be played in freezing conditions on Friday night in the Nation's Capital. The Raiders stormed home in the last 15 minutes to clinch victory against the Bulldogs and will be keen to make it 3 wins in a row for the first time in 2016. There are a few changes for the Green Machine, with Edrick Lee out with a hamstring injury, replaced on the wing by Brenko Lee who plays his third game of the season. Lock, Shaun Fensom has been rested, which sees Luke Bateman take over in the #13 jersey. Josh Papalii has been named provided he gets through Origin, with brand new recruit Junior Paulo named as 19th man and will come into calculations provided his contract is cleared by the NRL prior to kickoff.

Supercoach Studs - Joseph Leilua (105) was again outstanding for the Raiders scoring a crucial try before halftime to get them back in the game. He has averaged over 93pts over the past 5 games. Joseph Tapine (107) played his best game for the club scoring 2 tries in the second half comeback. Josh Hodgson (64) looks to be getting back into form after a couple of quiet weeks recently. Jordan Rapana (60) is a keeper and is arguably the most improved player in the NRL. Luke Bateman (41) starts at lock and should get another crucial price rise.

Supercoach Duds - Jarrod Croker (37) was kept reasonably quiet against the Dogs and has a big breakeven this week. Paul Vaughan (33) may be looking at fewer minutes with the recruitment of ex-Eel front rower Junior Paulo (DNP).

1. Brett Stewart 2. Brayden Wiliame 3. Dylan Walker 20. Matthew Wright 5. Tom Trbojevic 6. Jamie Lyon 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Darcy Lussick 9. Matt Parcell 10. Nate Myles 11. Lewis Brown 12. Jamie Buhrer 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 14. Apisai Koroisau 15. Josh Starling 16. Brenton Lawrence 17. Siosaia Vave

In - Apisai Koroisau, Steve Matai

Out - Matthew Wright

Analysis - Fresh off the bye, the Eagles head down the Hume Highway to the very fresh conditions of the ACT winter, where they face in form Canberra Raiders in Friday Night Football. Manly welcome back Api Koroisau back from injury on the bench. Steve Matai is also a welcome addition coming in for Matthew Wright. Jamie Lyon has been named at five-eighth in order to try and spark their attack. The Sea Eagles have lost their last 3 and will be desperate to get their season back on track.

Supercoach Studs - The Sea Eagles are now a trade target, as their last bye is not until Round 18. Tom Trbojevic (75) is a try scoring freak and has averaged over 60pts in 2016. His brother Jake Trbojevic (41) had his worst score of the season last start and has a big breakeven this week, but has likewise been a machine this year. Jamie Buhrer (64) is just returning from injury but has been a keeper in the past when named to start in the backrow. Keep him on the Watchlist this week.

Supercoach Duds - Brenton Lawrence (31) should have been cashed in over the byes. Hard to see Jamie Lyon's (37) output changing too much moving from centre to five-eighth.

1. Tuimoala Lolohea 2. David Fusitua 3. Blake Ayshford 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Issac Luke 16. Albert Vete 11. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Nathaniel Roache 15. Sam Lisone 10. Ben Matulino 17. Charlie Gubb

In - Albert Vete, Charlie Gubb, Manu Vatuvei, Solomone Kata, Nathaniel Roache

Out - James Gavet, Jazz Tevaga, John Palavi, Jonathan Wright, Matthew Allwood

Analysis - New Zealand host the Broncos in Auckland in what is traditionally a period where they find some form. The Warriors welcome back Manu Vatuvei and Solomone Kata to their left hand side in a huge inclusion for the Warriors. New Zealand have no players backing up from Origin (provided Jacob Lilyman remains 18###sup

man) and will not get a better chance against Brisbane this year.  ###>

Supercoach Studs -Shaun Johnson (70) has been in great form in a losing side of late and continues to rack up decent points in NZ. Bodene Thompson (73) has emerged as a superb pick up this week or next week as the Warriors don't have their next bye until Round 18.

Supercoach Duds - Simon Mannering (49) has yet to pick up where he left off last year, but could be a pick up next week. The same goes for Ben Matulino (43) and Issac Luke (45), unless the Warriors get on a roll then it's hard to draft these players in at this stage.

1. Darius Boyd 2. Lachlan Maranta 3. Jack Reed 4. James Roberts 5. Jordan Kahu 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 16. Jo Ofanhengaue 8. Josh McGuire 10. Adam Blair 11. Alex Glenn 12. Sam Thaiday 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Tevita Pangai Junior 18. Herman Essese 17. Kodi Nikorima

In - Corey Parker, Darius Boyd, Josh McGuire, Sam Thaiday, Travis Waddell

Out - Andrew McCullough, Greg Eden, Jaydn S'ua

Analysis - Brisbane face an enormous task this weekend with 4 players backing up from Origin and then heading over to Auckland to face the Warriors in one of the toughest road trips in the NRL. On paper they welcome back a host of stars, however expect a few changes in what will no doubt be a bruising encounter on Wednesday night.  Corey Oates and Matt Gillett have not been named which may suggest a resting roster has been put in place by Wayne Bennett.

Supercoach Studs - Ben Hunt (57) couldn't get the field goal right on the buzzer in their loss to the Tigers but plenty of responsibility will fall on his shoulders this Saturday with a host of players backing up. James Roberts (58) remains an option over the rep period.

Supercoach Duds - Anthony Milford (37) has had two quiet games in a row, which will likely see his price plummet. Milford however is a keeper and will no doubt bounce back.  Kodi Nikorima (20) would have been a sell this week but will now likely see a bit more game time with Andrew McCullough (39) sidelined for 8 weeks with yet another injury.

1. Lachlan Coote 2. Kyle Feldt 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 19. Ray Thompson 7. Johnathan Thurston 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 14. Rory Kostjasyn 16. Scott Bolton 16. Ben Hannant 17. John Asiata

In - James Tamou, Michael Morgan, Jonathan Thurston, Justin O'Neil

Out - Coen Hess, Jahrome Hughes, Javid Bowen, Ray Thompson

Analysis - The Cowboys welcome back their 5 Origin representatives, however expect some late changes as it is doubtful many of them with be risked against the Knights should they be carrying any niggling injuries from Wednesday night.

Supercoach Studs - Jason Taumalolo (57) has been in strong form of late and a good buy over the rep period. Jake Granville (65) is a bit up and down but is a hold at this stage.

Supercoach Duds - Gavin Cooper (36) didn't get the attacking stats with Jonathan Thurston out.  Javid Bowen (13) try and linebreak disallowed but was overall a fizzer for those waiting for a giant price rise.

1. Dane Gagai 2. Cory Denniss 3. Sione Mata'utia 4. Nathan Ross 5. Jake Mamo 21. Jack Cogger 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Sam Mataora 9. Danny Levi 10. Daniel Saifiti 11. Tariq Sims 12. Pauli Pauli 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 14. Tyler Randell 15. Lachlan Fitzgibbon 16. Josh King 17. Mickey Paea

In - Dane Gagai, Jeremy Smith

Out - Akuila Uate, Korbin Sims

Analysis - Newcastle were very close to snatching victory against the Eels on Monday night, however unfortunately centre Nathan Ross couldn't get the ball down at the death. This performance should give the Knights a bit of confidence when they travel to Townsville for this clash. Dane Gagai has been named to back up from Queensland duty, which sees Jake Mamo move to the wing at the expense of former NSW and Australian winger Akuila Uate who has been dropped to NSW Cup. Veteran Jeremy Smith returns to lock, replacing Korbin Sims who has been suspended for a week for a high tackle.

Supercoach Studs - Pauli Pauli (95) was outstanding against his former club and has emerged as a superb cash cow for those who haven't been able to move him on. Nathan Ross (84) was enormous against the Eels and may be better suited to centre. Daniel Saifiti (55) has had a second wind and is a hold this week.

Supercoach Duds - Jaelen Feeney (23) looks like getting a decent crack at the five-eighth position, he just needs some attacking stats or something, anything!

1. Cameron Munster 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 3. Cheyse Blair 4. Ryan Morgan 5. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 23. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 20. Cameron Smith 10. Jordan McLean 11. Kevin Proctor 7. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Nelson Asofa-Solomona 15. Felise Kaufusi 12. Tim Glasby 9. Kenneath Bromwich

In - Christian Welch-Nicholl

Out - Cameron Smith, Cooper Cronk

Analysis - Melbourne have not named Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk to back up from State of Origin, however it remains to be seen if this will be the case. Tohu Harris has been the shock selection at halfback to replace Cronk. The Storm have won their last 5 matches and will be looking to keep the wins coming against an unpredictable Panthers outfit at AAMI Park on Saturday night.

Supercoach Studs - Suliasi Vunivalu (99) has been electric in his rookie season and will see a further price rise this weekend. The toughest call will be when to cash Vunivalu in as the Storm play in the next tough Round 15 bye round.  Cameron Smith (74) has not been named and Tohu Harris (65) has been named as the world's biggest halfback. Will this happen is the question.

Supercoach Duds - Jesse Bromwich (52) didn't get the big minutes last start, he is an absolute must have, even with a high breakeven he is a must.

1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 3. Waqa Blake 6. Tyrone Peachey 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 19. Nathan Cleary 7. Jamie Soward 8. Sam McKendry 9. Peter Wallace 10. Regan Campbell-Gillard 11. Bryce Cartwright 12. Trent Merrin 4. Isaah Yeo
Interchange: 14. Suaia Matagi 15. Jeremy Latimore 16. Chris Grevsmuhl 13. Leilani Latu

In - Waqa Blake, Chris Grevsmuhl, Sitaleki Akauola

Out - James Segeyaro, James Fisher-Harris, Peta Hiku

Analysis - Penrith travel to Melbourne and this year have Matt Moylan and Josh Mansour backing up from NSW duty. Centre Peta Hiku is out for the season and has been replaced by Waqa Blake. Chris Grevsmuhl's mid season arrival from Souths sees Leilani Latu promoted to lock, Trent Merrin shifts to the back row, Isaah Yeo moves to the centres with Tyrone Peachey and Peter Wallace named at five-eighth and hooker respectively at the expense of James Fisher-Harris (thumb). Sitaleki Akauola replaces James Segeyaro on the bench who has been dropped to NSW Cup.

Supercoach Studs - Bryce Cartwright (75) has a broken thumb but has been named to play in a huge relief for owners. Tyrone Peachey (68) has been moved to five-eighth and as in recent weeks he has proved he can go big in any position. Trent Merrin (64) moves to the edge and it remains to be seen how this will affect his minutes.

Supercoach Duds - James Segeyaro (71) has been demoted to NSW Cup and coming off contract he could now be on the outer. James Fisher-Harris (13) has been ruled out for at least 6 weeks with a badly broken thumb, he has been the best forward cash cow this season.

1. Latrell Mitchell 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Mitchell Aubusson 4. Dale Copley 5. Blake Ferguson 6. Ryan Matterson 21. Jackson Hastings 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves 9. Jake Friend 10. Dylan Napa 13. Sio Siua Taukeiaho 12. Aidan Guerra 14. Isaac Liu
Interchange: 15. Sam Moa 16. Kane Evans 17. Connor Watson 17. Eloni Vunakece

In - Dale Copley

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Roosters host the Wests Tigers in what promises to be an open game of football given a dry track at Allianz Stadium for Sunday afternoon football. The Roosters welcome back centre Dale Copley who returns early from a pectoral injury suffered early in the season. This will see Aidan Guerra move to his favoured backrow position. Kiwi enforcer Jared Waerea-Hargreaves starts in the front row, with Sam Moa moving to the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan Matterson (73) is the pick of the cheapies this week and also plays in the next killer bye in Round 15. Sio Taukeiaho (79) played big minutes against the Bulldogs last start and has assumed the goalkicking duties, with the Rooster bye coverage now one of the best, he could emerge as a gun over this period.

Supercoach Duds - Jake Friend (38) put in his worst score of the season against Canterbury and with Connor Watson (51) now eating into his minutes from the bench he has lost his appeal. Latrell Mitchell (36) despite being inconsistent looks to be a hold until Round 15 and hope he can bust out a few scores so his price doesn't drop too hard.

1. James Tedesco 2. David Nofoaluma 3. Tim Simona 4. Kevin Naiqama 5. Josh Addo-Carr 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 8. Aaron Woods 13. Elijah Taylor 10. Ava Seumanufagai 18. Kyle Lovett 12. Chris Lawrence 11. Josh Aloiai
Interchange: 14. Sauaso Sue 17. Dene Halatau 19. JJ Felise 17. Michael Chee-Kam

In - Aaron Woods, Robbie Farah, James Tedesco

Out - Jordan Rankin

Analysis - The Tigers welcome back their 3 big guns in captain Aaron Woods and former captain Robbie Farah but the big news is the return of star fullback James Tedesco which offers the Tigers so much more confidence in attack. The Tigers got the job done against an Origin depleted Broncos last Friday, however their confidence should be high with their returning stars in the 17.

Supercoach Studs - Elijah Taylor (83) has been a revelation at the Tigers, not only topping the tackle count, but offering another dimension to the Tigers attack in his first 2 matches for the club. Speaking of revelations, rookie winger Josh Addo-Carr (67) scored his 3rd try from as many matches and went up an incredible $75k for owners, with another $58k predicted for this week should he continue. James Tedesco (DNP) has a high break even this week, so you may as well wait unless you think he goes big straight up!

Supercoach Duds - Josh Aloiai (24) has been a slow burner and can be cashed on once you find a rookie replacement through your duals in the next few weeks. David Nofoaluma (30) must be under the pump with Jordan Rankin (45) dropped from the side despite his form.

1. Cody Walker 2. Alex Johnston 3. Kirisome Auva'a 4. Bryson Goodwin 5. Dane Nielsen 6. Greg Inglis 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Thomas Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Nathan Brown 11. Paul Carter 12. Kyle Turner 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Luke Keary 15. Jason Clark 17. David Tyrrell 19. Siosifa Talakai

In - Dave Tyrrell

Out - George Burgess

Analysis - Fresh off the bye South Sydney return home to ANZ Stadium to face the Titans in what promises to be an important match for their aspirations in 2016. Souths have been inconsistent this season and will be looking to make it 3 in a row for the first time in 2016. George Burgess is out for an extended period after groin surgery and is replaced by Dave Tyrell in their only change from their victory over the Dragons last start.

Supercoach Studs - Greg Inglis (81) and Adam Reynolds (96) will be backing up from Origin, however they have hit form and should be considered for the run home. Cody Walker (70) has burst back into first grade with another great performance which earned owners another belated price rise.  Sam Burgess (64) is a solid captain choice this week.

Supercoach Duds -George Burgess (26) is out for 8 weeks, with a groin injury which has clearly hampered his season. Luke Keary (16) again starts from the bench.

1. William Zillman 2. Anthony Don 3. Josh Hoffman 4. Nathan Davis 5. Nene Macdonald 6. Tyrone Roberts 7. Ashley Taylor 17. Luke Douglas 9. Nathan Friend 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 12. Chris McQueen 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 14. Nathan Peats 15. Leivaha Pulu 16. Agnatius Paasi 19. Eddy Pettybourne

In - David Shillington

Out - Eddy Pettybourne

Analysis - The Titans are also refreshed after their first bye round last week and like the Bunnies, are also looking to make it 3 wins on the trot. The Gold Coast welcome back prop David Shillington to the starting side and have new recruit in former Warriors centre Konrad Hurrell named on the extended bench.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan James (83) is not a bad pick up this week and offers coverage for Round 15.  Ash Taylor (65) continues to make cash, just when you think he has peaked. Nathan Peats (94) was outstanding on debut but has again been named on the bench.

Supercoach Duds - Nathan Davis (24) could be the player to miss out should Konrad Hurrell (DNP) move into the starting line up.

1. William Hopoate 2. Curtis Rona 3. Josh Morris 4. Kerrod Holland 5. Sam Perrett 6. Josh Reynolds 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. James Graham 11. Josh Jackson 12. Raymond Faitala-Mariner 13. David Klemmer
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Adam Elliot 16. Tim Browne 17. Craig Garvey

In - Josh Jackson, David Klemmer, Josh Morris, Will Hopoate

Out - Greg Eastwood, Danny Fualalo, Reimis Smith, Tyrone Phillips

Analysis - Canterbury welcome back a host of stars after their late match collapse against the Raiders last weekend. They now host the table topping Sharks in what promises to be the match of the round at ANZ Stadium on Monday night. The Dogs have lost Greg Eastwood in a big blow, however Will Hopoate returns along with their Origin stars provided they get through Wednesday's match.

Supercoach Studs - Aiden Tolman (96) scored a try and along with James Graham (77) played big minutes due to the injury to Sam Kasiano (13) and David Klemmer missing due to Origin.  Moses Mbye (82) scored a try and had a hand in 3 more in a strong performance after a quiet game against the Roosters.

Supercoach Duds - Tyrone Phillips (14) has been a tremendous cash cow, racking up a cheeky $82k. With the return of Will Hopoate (DNP) he may not get another run unless there are injuries. Kerrod Holland (39) has now served his purpose and can be moved on either now or in the next few weeks.

1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 4. Gerard Beale 5. Valentine Holmes 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 16. Jayson Bukuya 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 14. Ricky Leutele 15. Chris Heighington 10. Sam Tagataese 17. Joseph Paulo

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Sharks are unchanged from their last start victory over the Sea Eagles in Round 11. The Sharks forward pack will relish the challenge the Bulldogs provide and will see this as a real test to their premiership credentials after strong performances against the other top forward packs this year.

Supercoach Studs - Ben Barba (88) will likely go past the $400k mark with another strong performance, there will be motivation against his former club. Andrew Fifita (83) and Paul Gallen (79) will be must haves for the run home.

Supercoach Duds - Jack Bird (38) and Michael Ennis (37) were not outstanding against the Sea Eagles but will be up for big games after missing out on NSW selection. Non-Origin Sharks will be specials from Round 16.
