Electric atmosphere at ANZ. Here we go, anthem done and it's game time!

The sides line up together across centrefield as we go to the Australian National Anthem, to be performed by Erin Clare.

Now, ANZ erupts as the NSW Blues take the field!

Queensland are out onto ANZ! Mostly boos but a pocket of maroon has given them a rousing reception.

Pre-match formalities almost done and dusted, enough cliched pre-match interviews on the host broadcaster to fill its own program... now we're just awaiting the teams and anthems before we have action at ANZ!

Next up, the lineups. Queensland are as listed - Cooper Cronk cleared earlier today to wear jersey #7 for the Maroons. New South Wales as reported over the weekend lost Josh Dugan in the centres. Josh Morris in #18 is the replacement there, while in the forwards, Greg Bird has been relegated to the bench, with James Tamou coming in to play lock.

First, some housekeeping. That starts with the Under 16's Origin curtain raiser. Blues = 12-10 winners. NSW draw first blood!

Ok folks. Let's get this show on the road! Welcome to LeagueUnlimited.com's LIVE coverage of State of Origin Game I at ANZ Stadium!
