Steady start from the Dogs they enter the Rabbitohs half on fifth tackle. As I write this they run on fifth tackle and get right down to the Rabbitohs 10m line before getting tackled with the ball.

The Rabbitohs are on the field and they'll kick us off. Souths have won five of the last seven games between these two.

In an interview with Sam Burgess he said he expects to return for the Rabbitohs next game on Thursday night against the Manly Sea Eagles. Kick off late today should be another few minutes at least.

Souths have done well to be 3rd on the ladder after losing key players Adam Reynolds, John Sutton, Sam Burgess and Alex Johnston so far this season. The Bulldogs are favourites to puncture the Rabbitohs weakened pack. These two teams provide an intense rivalry and it should show on the field once again this afternoon.
