Welcome to Friday Night Football at Suncorp Stadium, where the Brisbane Broncos host the Wests Tigers in what promises to be an intriguing match up.
Brisbane are missing 6 players due to Queensland selection in Darius Boyd, Corey Oates, Matt Gillett, Josh McGuire, Sam Thaiday and Corey Parker. As per usual at this time of year for Brisbane, this sees a host of youngsters and fringe players given an opportunity. The Tigers on the other hand miss only 2 players in Robbie Farah and Aaron Woods who have been selected for NSW.
Despite Brisbane being down on troops they do still have superstar halves in Anthony Milford and Ben Hunt and this sees them enter this match as red hot favourites at home. The Tigers are coming off a win over the Knights last week and will not get a better opportunity to steal 2 points off the Origin depleted Broncos.
There are no late changes, with both sides 1-17.
