1987 Grand Final Commemoration at
Brookvale this weekend

On Sunday August 1st at Brookvale Oval the Manly Club will, in conjunction with the N.R.L. and Fox Sports, launch the back to the Eighties celebrations.

And to kick of the major promotion which will carry through to Round 25, the Manly Club will play Canberra on Sunday August 1st in the Maroon and White bars jersey with the white shorts which is the same design as was played in the Grand Final in 1987 against Canberra, won by Manly - 18 points to 8.

This not only was a very fine Manly Grand Final win but it was the LAST Grand Final ever to be played at the famous Sydney Cricket Ground.

Make sure you keep Sunday August 1st free and join us at Brookvale Oval where the First Grade side will endeavour to emulate the Grand Final win of 1987.
