Big news for the Sydney Roosters with Nene Macdonald out of the side. Shaun Kenny-Dowall replaces him on the wing, with Mitchell Aubusson the new man in the centres. The vacant bench spot will be taken by Jackson Hastings.

The Wests Tigers, meanwhile, are as named on Tuesday with no changes.
