The Roosters move Blake Ferguson to the wing with Brendan Elliott out. Mitch Aubusson moves to centre, while in the forwards Sio Siua Taukeiaho goes to the bench with Isaac Liu to start at lock.

Parramatta have lost Brad Takaraingi for the season. Vai Toutai comes in at centre, while in the forward pack the Eels have opted to bench David Gower in favour of Darcy Lussick who starts at lock.
