Sam's back for another healthy serving of Teamlist Tuesday analysis! Get all the ins and outs, studs and duds for your fantasy needs.

1. Josh Dugan 2. Kalifa Faifai Loa 3. Euan Aitken 4. Timoteo Lafai 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Leeson Ah Mau 9. Mitch Rein 10. Michael Cooper 11. Tyson Frizell 12. Joel Thompson 13. Will Matthews
Interchange: 14. Russell Packer 15. Dunamis Lui 16. Siliva Havili 17. Jake Marketo

In - Joel Thompson, Tim Lafai

Out - Jack De Belin, Adam Quinlan

Analysis - The Dragons host the Raiders at Kogarah Oval in the first match of the round and will be looking to bounce back after losing to a weakened Warriors side last start. Form backrower Jack De Belin is out with a shoulder injury in a big blow, which sees Will Matthews start at lock. In good news, Tim Lafai returns to the centres and second rower Joel Thompson will line up against his former club.

Supercoach Studs - Euan Aitken (65) looms as a solid option over the bye period in coming weeks, he has strong base stats and his confidence will be boosted after making his debut for Country last weekend. Gareth Widdop (50) is also not a bad option over the Origin period and this is your last chance at a discounted price if you are keen.

Supercoach Duds - Jack De Belin (64) is a huge loss and was a popular pick up in recent weeks. The early prognosis is that he is likely out until Round 16. Nightmare!

1. Jack Wighton 2. Edrick Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Aidan Sezer 8. Shannon Boyd 9. Josh Hodgson 10. Paul Vaughan 11. Josh Papalii 12. Elliot Whitehead 13. Shaun Fensom
Interchange: 14. Kurt Baptiste 15. Luke Bateman 16. Clay Priest 17. Joseph Tapine

Out - Nil

Analysis - No changes for the Raiders after their heartbreaking loss to the Panthers at Bathurst last start. The Raiders had 7 players involved in last week's Rep Round, who will be backing up, although coach Ricky Stuart has said he will rest any players who are struggling. Halves Blake Austin and Aidan Sezer will be pushing for NSW selection with a big performance in this game.

Supercoach Studs - Joseph Leilua (93) and Jordan Rapana (68) continue to be a dangerous combination, however are now pretty expensive. Jarrod Croker (97) is a far more attractive option at a discount price with good bye coverage. Paul Vaughan (90) has scored in the 90's two times in a row however these scores have been inflated by tries.

Supercoach Duds - Josh Hodgson (32) had his worst score of the season but looms as an option for those relying on Nathan Peats playing this Friday. Blake Austin (37) and Aidan Sezer (24) as mentioned can put their hands up for NSW in the next 2 weeks…bar James Maloney no other NSW halves have.

1. Michael Gordon 2. Semi Radradra 3. Michael Jennings 5. Vai Toutai 6. Clinton Gutherson 4. Brad Takairangi 7. Corey Norman 8. Junior Paulo 14. Isaac De Gois 15. Peni Terepo 11. Manu Ma'u 12. Beau Scott 13. Tepai Moeroa
Interchange: 10. Danny Wicks 18. Kaysa Pritchard 16. David Gower 20. Ken Edwards

In - Tepai Moeroa

Out - Tim Mannah

Analysis - Parramatta have lost their points and all eyes will be how they respond. More drama in the lead up to this match, with reports that starting hooker Nathan Peats has been asked to leave the club immediately in order to get under the salary cap. Captain Tim Mannah has reinjured his shoulder and will spend further time on the sideline, this sees Danny Wicks move to prop and Tepai Moeroa starting in the second row, with Kenny Edwards moving back to the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Brad Takarangi (88) was a surprise replacement for Kieran Foran and along with Corey Norman (69) was outstanding against the Bulldogs.  Nathan Peats (67) could he be headed out of Parramatta and thus causing many Supercoaches headaches…we will know before kickoff.

Supercoach Duds - Semi Radradra (46) is a superb pick up this week and will be essential come Round 12 were the Eels face the Knights.  Michael Gordon (11) left the field early against the Dogs, but may as well be held for byes if you still have him.

1. Alex Johnston 2. Dane Nielsen 3. Kirisome Auva'a 4. Bryson Goodwin 5. Michael Oldfield 6. Greg Inglis 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Thomas Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Nathan Brown 11. Paul Carter 12. Kyle Turner 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Luke Keary 15. Jason Clark 16. Jack Gosiewski 17. George Burgess

In - Alex Johnson, Jack Gosiewski, Jason Clark, Paul Carter

Out - Damien Cook, David Tyrrell, Chris Grevsmuhl, Patrice Siolo

Analysis - Coach Michael Maguire has shaken things up after his side's poor performance against the Tigers in Round 9. The big change is Greg Inglis moving to five-eighth, which sees Luke Keary move to the bench. Alex Johnson has been named to return at his preferred fullback position.  Cameron McInnes has been named to start in the #9 with Damien Cook dropped.

Supercoach Studs - Greg Inglis (91) looked to be hitting form and was strong at centre for Australia. His move to five-eighth should see him get his hands on the ball a bit more. Sam Burgess (102) is coming back from an ankle injury and is a rock solid VC option.  Adam Reynolds (66) should get some confidence with Inglis' move to the halves, he is still in contention for NSW and needs a strong performance.

Supercoach Duds - Luke Keary (39) has been moved to the bench and could be on the outer should Reynolds and Inglis gel. Chris Grevsmuhl (55) has peaked and it has been reported that he will be a Panther next week.

1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 12. Isaah Yeo 4. Peta Hiku 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 6. Jamie Soward 7. Peter Wallace 8. Sam McKendry 14. Tyrone Peachey 10. Regan Campbell-Gillard 11. Bryce Cartwright 17. James Fisher-Harris 13. Trent Merrin
Interchange: 9. James Segeyaro 15. Jeremy Latimore 16. Leilani Latu 18. Suaia Matagi

In - Dean Whare, James Segeyaro

Out - Te Maire Martin, Waqa Blake

Analysis - Penrith host the Warriors at AMI Stadium in Christchurch in their second ‘home away from home' match in a row after hosting the Raiders in Bathurst in Round 9. Penrith were extremely fortunate to get out of jail against Canberra and will be looking for a far more clinical performance against the Warriors. Waqa Blake returns to centre, which sees Issah Yeo return to the backrow.

Supercoach Studs - James Fisher-Harris (35) has been a weapon and should see another big rise this week, he will start from the bench with the Waqa Blake and Issah Yeo reshuffle. Trent Merrin (61) and Bryce Cartwright (86) are must haves but may both play Origin.

Supercoach Duds - Josh Mansour (28) has flatlined with 3 sub 35pt performances in a row, he is leaking cash despite being in contention for NSW. Pass the ball to him! He was probably a sell last week in hindsight, however you may as well hold him now and hope he lifts.

1. Tuimoala Lolohea 2. Jonathan Wright 3. Blake Ayshford 4. Solomone Kata 5. David Fusitua 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 9. Jazz Tevaga 10. James Gavet 11. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. John Palavi
Interchange: 14. Issac Luke 15. Ben Matulino 16. Charlie Gubb 17. Matthew Allwood

In - Ben Matulino, Bodene Thompson, Tuimoala Lolohea, Thomas Leuluai

Out - Jeff Robson, Matt Allwood, Sione Lousi, Toafofoa Sipley

Analysis - The Warriors shocked the Dragons despite being down on personnel due to 6 players missing a team meeting. Forwards Ben Matulino and Bodene Thompson return out of that crew. Tuimoala Lolohea returns to fullback in a big boost.

Supercoach Studs - Issac Luke (74) has been in superb form but has moved to the bench this week, so maybe hold off and see what the go is. Shaun Johnson (79) was superb and loves playing in NZ.  David Fusitua (63) was excellent filling in for Tuimoala Lolohea (DNP) but returns to the wing this week.

Supercoach Duds - Ben Matulino (DNP) as discussed left a lot of coaches scrambling for numbers in Round 9 and starts from the bench, while he is going down in price he is a hold and re-assess next week. Simon Mannering (DNP) is nearing a return and could be a late inclusion.

1. Cameron Munster 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 5. Cheyse Blair 4. Ben Hampton 18. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 15. Tim Glasby 11. Kevin Proctor 3. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Kenneath Bromwich 10. Jordan McLean 12. Felise Kaufusi 17. Nelson Asofa-Solomona

Analysis - The Storm play the Cowboys in the first match in the Suncorp Stadium double header, in what is arguably the match of the round. No major changes for Melbourne who have not conceded a point for 2 weeks in a row. Tohu Harris remains at centre, with Jordan McLean starting in the front row and Tim Glasby named on the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Tohu Harris (79), Cameron Munster (88) and Cameron Smith (109) get them all! Suliasi Vunivalu (76) has scored 4 tries in 2 games and has again retained his spot, however despite this his spot is still under a cloud with 3 outside backs in Richie Kennar, Marika Koroibete and Young Tonumaipea due back soon.

1. Lachlan Coote 2. Kyle Feldt 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Michael Morgan 7. Johnathan Thurston 8. Matthew Scott 14. Rory Kostjasyn 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 9. Jake Granville 15. Patrick Kaufusi 16. Scott Bolton 17. Ben Hannant

In - Nil

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Cowboys again cruised to victory over the Sea Eagles last start and look in sublime touch. The clash against the in form Storm will be a big test for Jonathan Thurston's men as they look to make it 6 wins in a row.

Supercoach Studs - Jonathan Thurston (84) is on fire and will relish the challenge against Queensland teammates in Cooper Cronk and Cameron Smith.  Michael Morgan (71) has averaged close to 88pts in the last 3 rounds.

Supercoach Duds - Patrick Kaufusi (18) failed to get many minutes in his third game and doesn't look to be a good buy unless he starts for either Representative props over Origin. Jake Granville (31) continued with his rollercoaster scores.

20. Tom Trbojevic 2. Matthew Wright 3. Jamie Lyon 11. Lewis Brown 5. Brayden Wiliame 6. Dylan Walker 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 17. Siosaia Vave 9. Matt Parcell 10. Nate Myles 14. Blake Leary 12. Martin Taupau 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 8. Darcy Lussick 15. Addin Fonua-blake 16. Brenton Lawrence 18. Tom Symonds

In - Brett Stewart, Blake Leary

Out - Nil

Analysis - Manly play the Broncos in the second game of the double header at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night.  The Sea Eagles welcome back fullback Brett Stewart in a boost for the side. This sees Dylan Walker return to five-eighth and Tom Symonds move back to the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Jake Trbojevic (61) continues to consolidate his claims as a keeper in 2016. Matt Parcell (59) starts again and is good for another week with Api Koroisau (DNP) again not named.

Supercoach Duds - Dylan Walker (8) didn't make a fist of the fullback spot and returns to five-eighth this week with Brett Stewart's (DNP) return.

1. Darius Boyd 2. Corey Oates 3. Jack Reed 4. James Roberts 5. Jordan Kahu 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Travis Waddell 10. Jarrod Wallace 11. Sam Thaiday 12. Matt Gillett 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Herman Essese 15. Jai Arrow 16. Jo Ofanhengaue 17. Kodi Nikorima

In - Jai Arrow, Herman Ese'ese

Out - Alex Glenn, Adam Blair

Analysis - Brisbane were blown away early by the Sharks, however very nearly snatched a remarkable win at Shark Park. Certainly the squad won't have lost much confidence and will be keen to make amends against the Sea Eagles. New Zealand internationals Alex Glenn and Adam Blair will miss the match through injury and suspension respectively. Jai Arrow will make his debut for the club from the bench.

Supercoach Studs -Corey Parker (95) scored a try against the Sharks and continues to be worshipped. James Roberts (73) was outstanding in a losing side and could rocket into NSW contention with another strong performance.

Supercoach Duds - The usually reliable trio in Matt Gillett (44) Anthony Milford (37) and Ben Hunt (35) were all kept quiet against Cronulla. Corey Oates (27) has peaked, is a certain for Origin and can be moved on this week.

1. Dane Gagai 21. Cory Denniss 3. Sione Mata'utia 4. Pat Mata'utia 5. Akuila Uate 6. Brock Lamb 19. Jack Cogger 16. Jack Stockwell 9. Danny Levi 10. Daniel Saifiti 11. Tariq Sims 12. Jacob Saifiti 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 14. Tyler Randell 15. Korbin Sims 20. David Bhana 17. Mickey Paea

In - Jake Saifiti, Sam Mataora, Tyler Randall

Out - David Bhana, Will Pearsall

Analysis - Newcastle host the Sharks at Hunter Stadium after being absolutely thrashed by the Roosters in Round 9. Daniel Saifiti and Sam Mataora start in the front row, with Jacob Saifiti elevated to the starting side in the backrow. Tyler Randall replaces rookies Will Pearsall on the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Tariq Sims (62) got through plenty of defence against the Roosters but can't be considered at this stage.

Supercoach Duds - Dane Gagai (29) may not see many attacking stats at this stage, with the Knights attack struggling to score points.

1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 4. Gerard Beale 5. Valentine Holmes 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 8. Andrew Fifita 9. Michael Ennis 16. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 14. Ricky Leutele 15. Chris Heighington 10. Sam Tagataese 17. Joseph Paulo

In - Joseph Paulo

Out - Jayson Bukuya

Analysis - The Sharks travel up the M1 to face the Knights and will be confident of getting the job done after defeating the premiership favourites in the Broncos in Round 9. Jayson Bukuya is out suspended and has been replaced by Luke Lewis in the starting side, with Joseph Paulo coming onto the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Paul Gallen (75) continues to dominate but will likely be rested over the Origin period, so no dice. James Maloney (83) and Michael Ennis (66) are putting their hands up for a Blues jersey. Maloney is a great buy price wise this week but he is firming to be selected.

Supercoach Duds - Jack Bird (38) is in solid form but not an option for a few weeks until Round 16 when the Sharks byes have finished, provided he doesn't make Origin.

1. Justin Hunt 2. David Nofoaluma 3. Tim Simona 4. Kevin Naiqama 5. Jordan Rankin 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Luke Brooks 17. Ava Seumanufagai 9. Robbie Farah 10. Tim Grant 11. Curtis Sironen 14. Josh Aloiai 18. Elijah Taylor
Interchange: 13. Sauaso Sue 15. Dene Halatau 16. Kyle Lovett 8. Aaron Woods

In - Aaron Woods, Mitchell Moses, Tim Grant, Justin Hunt

Out - James Tedesco, JJ Felise, Asipeli Fine, Michael Chee Kam

Analysis - The Tigers welcome back some troops for their local derby against Canterbury after they stunned the Rabbitohs in Round 9. While the Tigers lose their superstar fullback James Tedesco, they do welcome back NSW prop Aaron Woods, five eighth Mitchell Moses, prop Tim Grant and Justin Hunt who moves to fullback.

Supercoach Studs - Jordan Rankin (91) was superb at the back replacing Tedesco but returns to the wing for this game. Josh Aloiai (40) is good for another week and can be held for Round 12 for numbers.

Supercoach Duds - James Tedesco (57) is out for 4-6 weeks and is a sell. He is due to drop in price and can be picked up once he gets some games under his belt returning from a fractured shoulder. It's hard to see him coming back early, as Tim Mannah came back early with the same injury and is now out indefinitely. As Tedesco biggest strength being his tackle busts, no risks will be taken.

1. Sam Perrett 2. Curtis Rona 3. Josh Morris 4. Kerrod Holland 5. Tyrone Phillips 6. Josh Reynolds 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. James Graham 11. Josh Jackson 12. Greg Eastwood 16. David Klemmer
Interchange: 13. Sam Kasiano 15. Raymond Faitala-Mariner 20. Craig Garvey 17. Tim Browne

In - Sam Perrett

Out - Will Hopoate

Analysis - Canterbury have been awful in recent weeks and for the first time in Des Hasler's Bulldogs career questions have been asked. Will Hopoate will be missing for the next 3 Rounds through religious beliefs which sees Tyrone Phillips retain his spot on the wing and Sam Perrett coming into the fullback role.

Supercoach Studs - James Graham (70) will be crucial over the byes and is a must have. Kerrod Holland (42) has averaged 62pts this year and will be an asset over the bye period.

Supercoach Duds - Tony Williams (17) will again start from the bench and has surely been put on notice with the recruitment of Raymond Faitala-Mariner (34) from the Warriors. Tyrone Phillips (16) has a high breakeven but a try or 2 this week would be ideal for him to be a buy next week.

1. William Zillman 19. Anthony Don 3. Josh Hoffman 4. Nathan Davis 5. David Mead 6. Tyrone Roberts 7. Ashley Taylor 8. David Shillington 9. Nathan Friend 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 12. Chris McQueen 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 14. Luke Douglas 15. Leivaha Pulu 16. Agnatius Paasi 17. Kierran Moseley

In - David Shillington

Out - Lachlan Burr

Analysis - The Titans were thrashed by Melbourne in Round 9, despite some very competitive performances in 2016. David Shillington returns to the starting side, with Agnatius Paasi moving to the bench. Lachlan Burr drops out of the squad.

Supercoach Studs - Ashley Taylor (41) is a sell this week with a big breakeven and not much to offer over the early bye period. Nathan Davis (26) made owners $33k and they will be hoping he can cross the stripe this week.

Supercoach Duds - Ryan James (36) has a huge breakeven this week and should be traded for some better bye coverage.

1. Latrell Mitchell 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Mitchell Aubusson 4. Blake Ferguson 5. Joe Burgess 6. Jackson Hastings 7. Mitchell Pearce 8. Sam Moa 9. Jake Friend 10. Dylan Napa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Aidan Guerra 13. Isaac Liu
Interchange: 14. Kane Evans 15. Sio Siua Taukeiaho 16. Ryan Matterson 17. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves

In - Daniel Tupou

Out - Shaun Kenny-Dowall

Analysis - The Roosters hit back with a bang thrashing the Knights 38-0 with returning star Mitchell Pearce having a terrific first game back. Shaun Kenny-Dowall is out and has been replaced by Daniel Tupou.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan Matterson (37) is the best cheapie this week, however does starts from the bench.  Latrell Mitchell (70) and Jackson Hastings (108) are holds, with Hastings playing his best game for the club in Round 9. Blake Ferguson (104) scored a hat trick and looks to hitting some form.

Supercoach Duds - Jared Waerea-Hargreaves (28) was eased back from the bench.
