Eels: Brad Takairangi will have to wait another week to make his return from injury. In his absence Brad Arthur has made a major reshuffle with Manu Ma'u shifting to centre, Kenny Edwards starting in the second row and Peni Terepo coming into starting prop. Centurion Danny Wicks shifts back to the bench, while Rory O'Brien comes into the lineup in #18.

Roosters: A big inclusion for Trent Robinson, representative forward Boyd Cordner comes onto the bench in place of Chris Smith. Former Eels junior Ryan Matterson remains 18th man
