Sam's back after a week's sabbatical to look at all the ins and outs and Supercoach news ahead of NRL Round 19!

5. Jason Nightingale 2. Kalifa Faifai Loa 3. Euan Aitken 20. Timoteo Lafai 4. Kurt Mann 6. Gareth Widdop 18. Josh McCrone 8. Russell Packer 9. Mitch Rein 10. Tyson Frizell 11. Jacob Host 12. Joel Thompson 13. Jack de Belin
Interchange: 14. Tariq Sims 15. Leeson Ah Mau 17. Jake Marketo 1. Michael Cooper

In - Kurt Mann

Out - Tim Lafai

Analysis - The eighth placed Dragons fresh off the bye host the ninth placed Titans in Friday night football at Kogarah. The Dragons have lost Tim Lafai to injury, which sees Kurt Mann move to centre. Origin representatives Josh Dugan and Tyson Frizell have been named to back up, with Frizell named to start in the front row, which sees Leeson Ah Mau move back to the bench. Rookie backrower Jacob Host has been rewarded for his good form named to start. If the Dragons want to play finals this season then this game must result in a win. Benji Marshall plays his 250th NRL match.

Supercoach Studs - Josh Dugan (65) has averaged a touch under 60pts for the last three rounds and is a point of difference for the run home. Euan Aitken (54) is getting the job done for owners and there should be no rush to move him on at this point.

Supercoach Duds - Tyson Frizell (43) has been named to start in the front row this week, combined with Origin on Wednesday night he will likely see less minutes this week.

1. David Mead 2. Anthony Don 3. Josh Hoffman 4. Konrad Hurrell 5. Nene Macdonald 6. Tyrone Roberts 7. Ashley Taylor 8. Luke Douglas 9. Nathan Peats 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 12. Chris McQueen 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 14. Eddy Pettybourne 15. Leivaha Pulu 16. Agnatius Paasi 17. Nathan Friend

In - Ash Taylor, David Mead, Konrad Hurrell,

Out - Cameron Cullen, Karl Lawton, Lachlan Burr

Analysis - The Titans have slipped losing their last 2 matches and have 3 key players back this week for what could be a season defining match. Star halfback Ash Taylor returns to the side in a huge boost for the squad. David Mead has been named at fullback, which sees Josh Hoffman move back to the centres. Mid season recruit Konrad Hurrell comes into the side to replace Karl Lawton following his shocking leg injury. Chris McQueen moves back to his familiar backrow position with Agnatius Paasi starting from the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Ryan James (42) has been a Supercoach revelation this season, however he has a huge breakeven this week so looks like a great pick up in the next few weeks where he couldbe back at an affordable price.

Supercoach Duds - Konrad Hurrell (DNP) returns from injury and currently sits at just $181k, he is a keeper of the past few seasons but his highest score this season is 22pts. Can he come good and be a force on the run home? Massive call.

1. Tom Trbojevic 2. Jorge Taufua 3. Lewis Brown 4. Matthew Wright 5. Brad Parker 6. Jamie Lyon 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Darcy Lussick 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Martin Taupau 11. Nathan Green 12. Jamie Buhrer 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 14. Blake Leary 15. Josh Starling 16. Addin Fonua-blake 17. Siosaia Vave

In - Matthew Wright, Bradley Walker

Out - Dylan Walker, Brayden Williame, Brett Stewart

Analysis - Manly host the Warriors at NIB Stadium in Perth and have copped some major injuries to Dylan Walker and Brett Stewart. Young gun Tom Trbojevic moves to the #1 jersey, with Matthew Wright and Lewis Brown forming a new centre combination. Bradley Parker makes his NRL debut on the wing.

Supercoach Studs - Tom Trbojevic (50) has been amazing this year on the wing and at centre and with Brett Stewart likely to miss the rest of the season he is firming as a must have this week and a certain keeper now he is named in the #1 jumper.

Supercoach Duds - Dylan Walker (71) punched the front door at his house and will now miss at least a month with a broken hand, he is a definite sell now after making a tidy profit over the bye period.

1. David Fusitua 2. Ken Maumalo 3. Blake Ayshford 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 17. Charlie Gubb 9. Issac Luke 18. James Gavet 16. Bunty Afoa 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Tuimoala Lolohea 15. Sam Lisone 10. Ben Matulino 21. Jazz Tevaga

In - Manu Vatuvei, Ryan Hoffman

Out - Nathaniel Roache, Albert Vete,

Analysis - The Warriors come off the bye round and face the long trip to Perth with the big additions to their squad of Ryan Hoffman and Manu Vatuvei for their clash with the Sea Eagles. New Zealand currently sit in seventh position on the NRL ladder and will be looking to climb further up the ladder with a win over the injury hit Sea Eagles.

Supercoach Studs - Bodene Thompson (114) has been outstanding this year and recorded his highest score of the season against the Titans last start. Unbelievably he is still only owned by less than 4% of teams and is now a little bit heavy on the wallet. Shaun Johnson (110) is the form half of Supercoach and has averaged 88pts over the last 5 rounds.

Supercoach Duds - Tuimoala Lolohea (54) made a fist of it on the wing last start, but has now been named on the interchange bench this week. Therefore he is a definite sell as who knows how many minutes he will now play. Baffling decision for one of their best players.

1. Cody Walker 2. Alex Johnston 20. Ed Murphy 4. Aaron Gray 5. Joe Burgess 11. John Sutton 6. Luke Keary 8. Thomas Burgess 9. Cameron McInnes 10. Nathan Brown 16. David Tyrrell 12. Kyle Turner 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Damien Cook 15. Jason Clark 16. George Burgess 17. Angus Crichton

In - George Burgess

Out - Tautalatasi Tasi

Analysis - South Sydney has now lost their last 5 matches and will need to get on some sort of run if they are to feature in September. They host the Broncos with George Burgess returning to the starting side after a long injury layoff. Adam Reynolds has been named despite missing Origin through his injured shoulder.

Supercoach Studs - Sam Burgess (53) left the field early due to injury against the Cowboys but needs to be in your final 17 if he isn't already. Greg Inglis (49) has been named at centre and is a strong point of difference despite his positional changes in recent weeks.

Supercoach Duds - Cody Walker (36) had a pretty low score however he has been named at fullback and it is not worth the trade rage just yet.

1. Darius Boyd 2. Corey Oates 5. Jordan Kahu 4. James Roberts 20. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 11. Sam Thaiday 3. Alex Glenn 21. Jai Arrow
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Tevita Pangai Junior 16. Jo Ofanhengaue 17. Herman Essese

In - Jordan Kahu, Sam Thaiday, Herman Ese'ese

Out - Kodi Nikorima, Jaydn Su'a, Lachlan Maranta

Analysis - The Broncos return after the bye and have now slumped to losing 5 of their last 6 matches in a dramatic slide. The Origin period can't end soon enough for Wayne Bennett, with 6 players involved for Queensland and they are clearly struggling. The Broncos welcome back Jordan Kahu and Sam Thaiday from injury and suspension respectively.

Supercoach Studs - Corey Parker (74) was back to playing solid minutes prior to the bye, he is of course worth keeping an eye on in the next few weeks before deciding whether he needs to be in your top 17 players.

Supercoach Duds - Matt Gillett (51) Anthony Milford (34) and Ben Hunt (33) are all struggling big time. The good news for the Broncos is that they have a relatively easier draw coming up and simply have too much quality in their side not to turn their form around against some of these sides.

18. Pat Mata'utia 2. Nathan Ross 3. Brendan Elliott 4. Peter Mata'utia 5. Jake Mamo 6. Jarrod Mullen 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Robbie Rochow 9. Danny Levi 10. Korbin Sims 11. Sione Mata'utia 12. Mitchell Barnett 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 14. Josh King 15. Sam Mataora 16. Daniel Saifiti 21. Chris Adams

In - Jarrod Mullen, Pat Mata'utia, Pauli Pauli, Mickey Paea

Out - Jack Cogger, Tyler Randell

Analysis - Newcastle host the Storm at Hunter Stadium and welcome back club stalwart Jarrod Mullen who returns after a long injury lay off. The Knights also welcome back a host of players including Pat Mata'utia, Pauli Pauli, and Mickey Paea into their squad.

Supercoach Studs - Mitch Barnett (62) continues to make a solid profit, again playing big minutes against his former club the Raiders last start. He is the only relevant player from the Knights at the moment.

Supercoach Duds - Dane Gagai (35) despite scoring a hat trick for Queensland has not benefitted from playing in the #1 for the hapless Knights this season.

18. Cameron Munster 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 3. Cheyse Blair 24. Will Chambers 5. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 16. Matt White 11. Kevin Proctor 12. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Kenneath Bromwich 15. Christian Welch 10. Felise Kaufusi 1. Young Tonumaipea

In - Matt White

Out - Jordan McLean

Analysis - Melbourne return from the bye, with Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk named. Fullback Cameron Munster is again missing from the teamsheet, with Young Tonumaipea again named at fullback this week. Tohu Harris has been named despite suffering a rib injury against the Broncos. Prop Jordan McLean is out for 6 weeks and has been replaced by Felise Kaufusi in the starting side, which sees former Titan Matt White stay in the 17. As always with the Storm checking late mail will be paramount.

Supercoach Studs - Cameron Smith is a must at hooker, however if as expected Melbourne win this game easy then surely this increases the chances of Smith getting an early shower.

Supercoach Duds - Cameron Munster (DNP) has again left owners hanging and it looks as though that he won't be risked against the Knights, hoping for a late inclusion here. Tohu Harris (35) as mentioned picked up a rib injury. He is a superb swap for Semi Radradra and will hopefully remain in the forwards for the run home to finals.

1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 3. Waqa Blake 17. Tyrone Peachey 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 6. Bryce Cartwright 7. Nathan Cleary 8. Leilani Latu 9. Peter Wallace 14. Suaia Matagi 11. Isaah Yeo 12. James Fisher-Harris 13. Trent Merrin
Interchange: 10. Regan Campbell-Gillard 20. Sitaleki Akauola 16. Chris Grevsmuhl 4. Zak Hardaker

In - Josh Mansour, Matt Moylan, Tyrone Peachey

Out - Nil

Analysis - Penrith let a golden opportunity slip[ last week, going down to a Sharks side who were missing 5 players to NSW Origin duty. They now host bitter rivals the Panthers in a local derby at Parramatta Stadium. NSW Origin players Josh Mansour and Matt Moylan will play provided they make it through Origin unscathed.  Tyrone Peachey has been named on the bench after being dropped to NSW Cup due to missing a training session last week.

Supercoach Studs - Bryce Cartwright (79) has averaged just under 100pts in the last 3 rounds and is a solid captain choice this week. Josh Mansour (123) scored his highest score last start against the Tigers and is back to being a keeper.

Supercoach Duds - Nathan Cleary (36) scored his lowest score of the season against the Sharks. He should peak in the next week or two and has been amazing for Supercoaches that picked him up at bottom dollar.

1. Michael Gordon 19. Bureta Faraimo 3. Michael Jennings 11. Manu Ma'u 5. Bevan French 2. Clinton Gutherson 7. Jeff Robson 8. Danny Wicks 9. Isaac De Gois 10. Tim Mannah 12. Tepai Moeroa 13. Beau Scott 15. Peni Terepo
Interchange: 14. Ken Edwards 18. Rory O'Brien 16. David Gower 17. Daniel Alvaro

In - Michael Jennings, Brad Takairangi

Out - Semi Radradra

Analysis - Parramatta produced a late surge to defeat a stubborn Roosters outfit. In more bad news for Eels fans, Semi Radradra has been ruled out for 6 weeks with a knee injury. The Eels welcome back Michael Jennings from NSW duty and Brad Takairangi from injury.

Supercoach Studs - Manu M'au (83) moved to the centres against the Roosters which had disaster written all over it! Luckily he managed to bag a double. Ma'u has provided solid bye coverage and can be upgraded to a keeper next week.

Supercoach Duds - Semi Radradra (3) as mentioned is out for pretty much the Supercoach season and is a sell. Bevan French (9) had a try stopped with a sensational effort from Roosters winger Joseph Manu, however he was probably due for a low scoring game as his base stats are not good. He is a certain sell next week.

1. Latrell Mitchell 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Dale Copley 4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall 18. Blake Ferguson 17. Connor Watson 7. Mitchell Pearce 8. Jared Waerea-Hargreaves 9. Jake Friend 10. Dylan Napa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Mitchell Aubusson 13. Sio Siua Taukeiaho
Interchange: 14. Sam Moa 6. Ryan Matterson 16. Isaac Liu 19. Aidan Guerra

In - Ryan Matterson

Out - Jackson Hastings

Analysis - The Roosters were unlucky against the Eels but now must pick up the pieces quickly as they now host the ladder leading Sharks at Allianz Stadium in Monday night football. Ryan Matterson comes in for Jackson Hastings at five-eighth in a straight swap.

Supercoach Studs - Boyd Cordner (64) is a solid point of difference and looks better with every game for the struggling Roosters. Good point of difference for the run home. Joseph Manu (34) was again great on the wing and has surprisingly been named ahead of Blake Ferguson, whether that will happen is another question.

Supercoach Duds - Sio Taukeiaho (51) never really took off and can be upgraded this week for those who had a crack.

1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 4. Gerard Beale 5. Valentine Holmes 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 17. Jayson Bukuya 9. Michael Ennis 16. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 14. Joseph Paulo 15. Chris Heighington 10. Sam Tagataese 19. Fa'amanu Brown

In - Paul Gallen, Andrew Fifita, Wade Graham, Jack Bird, James Maloney

Out - Jesse Sene-Lefao, Kurt Capewell, Matt McIlwrick, Mitch Brown, Fa'amanu Brown

Analysis - Cronulla has now won 13 in a row and are looking odds on to being holding aloft the JJ Giltinan Shield come Round 26. The Sharks welcome back the 5 NSW representatives in Paul Gallen, Andrew Fifita, Wade Graham, Jack Bird and James Maloney.

Supercoach Studs - Andrew Fifita (89) and Paul Gallen (91) can come into your side as soon as possible.

Supercoach Duds - James Maloney (41) hasn't set the world on fire lately but the Sharks have a very soft run coming up and along with Ben Barba (108) they should really be considered.
