Sam's here with a look at Round 22 - Women in League round - of the NRL, all the teamlists and changes, plus fantasy tips and trades!

1. Adam Quinlan 2. Kurt Mann 3. Euan Aitken 4. Taane Milne 5. Jason Nightingale 6. Gareth Widdop 7. Benji Marshall 8. Russell Packer 17. Jake Marketo 10. Michael Cooper 19. Tyrone McCarthy 12. Will Matthews 13. Jack de Belin
Interchange: 9. Mitch Rein 14. Tariq Sims 16. Jacob Host 21. Luciano Leilua

In - Tyrone McCarthy

Out - Tyson Frizell, Joel Thompson

Analysis - The Dragons improved out of sight against the Bulldogs on Friday night and came within a whisker of causing one of the upsets of the season. They now host the out of form Broncos at WIN Stadium and will be desperate to revive their slim finals hopes. The Red V have suffered a huge blow this week, losing both Joel Thompson and NSW backrower Tyson Frizell to suspension. Frizell was unsuccessful in seeking a downgrade for making contact with an official and a replacement has yet to be named.

Supercoach Studs - Euan Aitken (69) is a weapon and continues to be a great point of difference. Popular and last resort cheapie Taane Milne (58) has been an outstanding buy rising by $64k last week and is due for another $63k this week with another strong performance.

Supercoach Duds - Adam Quinlan (26) couldn't back up his solid score against the Tigers and with Josh Dugan likely to return in the coming weeks won't be a handy acquisition.

1. Darius Boyd 2. Corey Oates 3. Tom Opacic 4. James Roberts 5. Lachlan Maranta 6. Anthony Milford 7. Ben Hunt 8. Josh McGuire 9. Andrew McCullough 10. Adam Blair 11. Sam Thaiday 12. Matt Gillett 13. Corey Parker
Interchange: 14. Jarrod Wallace 15. Tevita Pangai Junior 16. Jai Arrow 17. Alex Glenn

In - Matt Gillett, Josh McGuire, Sam Thaiday

Out - Herman Ese'ese, Joe Ofahengaue,

Analysis - The Broncos slumped to their sixth loss in their last eight matches, this time going down to the lowly ranked Roosters at Allianz Stadium. The Broncos welcome back Queensland Origin trio Matt Gillett,Josh McGuire and Sam Thaiday. McGuire and Thaiday both return from suspension while Matt Gillett returns from a shoulder injury. If Brisbane can't hit back in this match they could be left clinging to 8###sup

position heading into Round 23, which is hard to fathom given their early season form. ###>

Supercoach Studs - Corey Parker (71) returned to 80 minutes last week, but whether that will continue with the returns of Thaiday, Gillett and McGuire remains to be seen.

Supercoach Duds - Anthony Milford (26) was severely disappointing after producing a glimmer of hope with 61pts the week before against Penrith. Many will cut their losses this week but surely against the second worst defensive side in the competition he is worth one more week…gone this far.

1. Michael Gordon 2. Vai Toutai 3. Michael Jennings 4. Brad Takairangi 5. Bevan French 6. Clinton Gutherson 7. Jeff Robson 8. Danny Wicks 9. Isaac De Gois 10. Tim Mannah 11. Manu Ma'u 12. Tepai Moeroa 13. Beau Scott
Interchange: 14. Kaysa Pritchard 15. Peni Terepo 16. Ken Edwards 17. Daniel Alvaro

In - Beau Scott, Manu Ma'u, Michael Jennings

Out - John Folau, Rory O'Brien

Analysis - The Eels welcome back Michael Jennings, Beau Scott and Manu Ma'u in a huge boost  to the side that went down to the Tigers on Sunday afternoon. Parramatta now face arch rivals Manly and will certainly be looking to derail their finals hopes at Pirtek Stadium.

Supercoach Studs - Clint Gutherson (68) has averaged 87pts since switching to five-eighth and is a serious point of difference owned by less than 4% of teams.

Supercoach Duds - Bevan French (17) has got to be moved on this week as he is too much of an auto emergency risk with his 17pt or 57pt range.

1. Tom Trbojevic 2. Jorge Taufua 3. Lewis Brown 4. Brayden Wiliame 5. Matthew Wright 6. Dylan Walker 7. Daly Cherry-Evans 8. Darcy Lussick 9. Apisai Koroisau 10. Martin Taupau 11. Nathan Green 12. Jamie Buhrer 13. Jake Trbojevic
Interchange: 14. Blake Leary 15. Josh Starling 16. Addin Fonua-blake 17. Siosaia Vave

Out - Nil

Analysis - The Sea Eagles, led by fullback Tom Trbojevic are flying home, having won their last 4 matches on the trot. A sizeable win against the Eels could see them swoop into the Top 8 as early as this weekend. Manly have named both Nate Myles and Matt Parcell on an extended bench to the same 17 that flogged Newcastle on Sunday, they will surely come into the 17 on game day so check late mail.

Supercoach Studs - Tom Trbojevic (100) is a must after averaging over 86pts in his last 3 outings. With a breakeven of 48pts this is the week for those who have yet to jump on board. Jamie Buhrer (99) has stormed into calculations in recent weeks averaging the same as Trbojevic in his past 4 games, it's doubtful he can keep the tries going so beware before making a play.

Supercoach Duds - Jake Trbojevic (48) needs to be moved on as he is no longer required to play the huge minutes he was earlier in the season.

1. Jake Mamo 2. Nathan Ross 3. Dane Gagai 4. Peter Mata'utia 5. Brendan Elliott 6. Jarrod Mullen 7. Trent Hodkinson 8. Sam Mataora 14. Chris Adams 10. Daniel Saifiti 11. Korbin Sims 12. Pauli Pauli 13. Jeremy Smith
Interchange: 9. Danny Levi 19. Josh King 16. Jacob Saifiti 17. Mickey Paea

In - Jarrod Mullen, Pat Mata'utia, Sam Mataora

Out - Jack Cogger, Josh King

Analysis - Trent Hodkinson welcomes his old side the Bulldogs to Hunter Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The home side welcome back five-eighth Jarrod Mullen and prop Sam Mataora to the squad that were belted by the Sea Eagles at Brookvale last Sunday. The Knights have now lost their last 13 matches but are certainly putting up an effort each week.

Supercoach Studs - Dane Gagai (61) finally racked up a decent score back at his preferred centre position but you can't be serious about any Knights bar possibly Mitchell Barnett (DNP) who returns from suspension next week.

Supercoach Duds - Take your pick.

1. William Hopoate 2. Brett Morris 3. Josh Morris 4. Curtis Rona 5. Sam Perrett 6. Josh Reynolds 7. Moses Mbye 8. Aiden Tolman 9. Michael Lichaa 10. James Graham 11. Josh Jackson 12. Raymond Faitala-Mariner 13. David Klemmer
Interchange: 14. Sam Kasiano 15. Danny Fualalo 16. Tony Williams 17. Tim Browne

In - Tony Williams

Out - Greg Eastwood

Analysis - Canterbury were extremely disappointing against the struggling Dragons and will be under huge pressure to put in a top shelf performance against this year's wooden spooners' Newcastle. The Bulldogs have lost Kiwi backrower Greg Eastwood who is out with a hamstring injury, Raymond Faitala-Mariner has therefore been promoted to the back row and Tony Williams coming into the Bulldogs' 17 on the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Moses Mbye (79) continues to be flying under the radar averaging 64pts in his last 5 matches. Mbye and Brett Morris (50) could go big this week if the Bulldogs can get their attack sorted. James Graham (65) continues to be a solid keeper or at the very least a solid reserve.

Supercoach Duds - Brett Morris (50) looked dangerous when he got involved against his former club but has a huge breakeven of 132pts this week. Very much a points vs cash scenario this week.

1. Ben Barba 2. Sosaia Feki 3. Jack Bird 4. Gerard Beale 5. Valentine Holmes 6. James Maloney 7. Chad Townsend 8. Andrew Fifita 20. Matt McIlwrick 16. Matt Prior 11. Luke Lewis 12. Wade Graham 13. Paul Gallen
Interchange: 19. Fa'amanu Brown 15. Chris Heighington 10. Sam Tagataese 17. Jayson Bukuya

Analysis - The winning streak has finally ended at 15 straight, however the Sharks are still undefeated in their last 16 and now face the in-form Raiders at Shark Park. Five-eighth James Maloney has been named but faces two to three weeks on the sideline for a dangerous contact charge on Titans centre Konrad Hurrell on Monday night. Should he not escape suspension expect Fa'amanu Brown to start in his place.

Supercoach Studs - Ben Barba (69) looks so dangerous every time he touches the ball and looks set to be a weapon on the run home.  Andrew Fifita (101) finally grabbed a meat pie however is in some doubt this weekend with a foot injury. Paul Gallen (86) looked refreshed after his week off training and will be looking to get stuck in as the Sharks fight the Storm for the Minor Premiership.

Supercoach Duds - James Maloney (36) has not fired despite the Sharks scoring plenty of points and as mentioned may spend some crucial time on the sideline for Supercoaches.

1. Jack Wighton 2. Brenko Lee 3. Jarrod Croker 4. Joseph Leilua 5. Jordan Rapana 6. Blake Austin 7. Aidan Sezer 8. Junior Paulo 9. Josh Hodgson 10. Shannon Boyd 11. Josh Papalii 12. Elliot Whitehead 13. Iosia Soliola
Interchange: 14. Adam Clydsdale 15. Luke Bateman 16. Clay Priest 17. Joseph Tapine

In - Brenko Lee

Out - Edrick Lee

Analysis - Canberra have now won their last 5 matches and have rushed into third position on the ladder and are now being talked about as premiership contenders. The Raiders can certainly stamp their authority on the premiership race with a win over the competition leaders. The Green Machine lose winger Edrick Lee, who has been replaced by his cousin Brenko Lee in the side only change.

Supercoach Studs - Jarrod Croker (113) is on fire and is the form centre of the competition, he is must but has skyrocketed to a $510k asking price. Jordan Rapana (134) and Joseph Leilua (89) are lethal and either or both are options. Josh Papalii (72) has a 3 round average of 84pts and is only owned by under 8% of teams.

Supercoach Duds - Jack Wighton (49) has been tremendous for the Raiders at the back but doesn't have to do too much when Croker, Leilua and Rapana are firing on all cylinders.

1. Cameron Munster 2. Suliasi Vunivalu 3. Will Chambers 4. Cheyse Blair 5. Marika Koroibete 6. Blake Green 7. Cooper Cronk 8. Jesse Bromwich 9. Cameron Smith 10. Tim Glasby 11. Kevin Proctor 12. Tohu Harris 13. Dale Finucane
Interchange: 14. Kenneath Bromwich 15. Christian Welch 16. Felise Kaufusi 17. Nelson Asofa-Solomona

Out - Nil

Analysis - Melbourne have again named the same 17 and will go in red hot favourites against the hapless Rabbitohs at AAMI Park. The Storm have won their last five and were very clinical against fellow competition heavyweights North Queensland in Townsville on Saturday night.

Supercoach Studs - Tohu Harris (66) is a must in your starting 17 and with Will Chambers (44) return, looks set to stay in the second row for the rest of the season.

Supercoach Duds - Cameron Munster (47) and Cameron Smith (47) both had tough games with limited attacking stats available. Both are solid captain choices this week if things get messy. Jesse Bromwich (56) was unstoppable early in the season but has averaged just 58pts in his last 5 matches, is this good enough for him to be in the 17? He is a borderline sell this week even against the struggling Bunnies.

1. Cody Walker 2. Alex Johnston 3. Hymel Hunt 4. Aaron Gray 5. Joe Burgess 6. Greg Inglis 7. Adam Reynolds 8. George Burgess 9. Damien Cook 10. Zane Musgrove 11. John Sutton 12. Angus Crichton 13. Sam Burgess
Interchange: 14. Jason Clark 16. Kyle Turner 17. Thomas Burgess 20. Jack Gosiewski

In - Greg Inglis, Hymel Hunt, Joe Burgess, Thomas Burgess

Out - Cameron McInnes, Michael Oldfield, Luke Keary, Jack Gosiewski

Analysis - South Sydney were humiliated by the Raiders on Sunday suffering their biggest ever loss to the Green Machine losing 54-4. The 2014 premiers have now lost 8 matches in a row and are in a serious slump. Michael Maguire has wielded the axe with Cameron McInnes dropped, with Damien Cook starting at hooker. Greg Inglis finally returns from suspension in place of Luke Keary who is out with a hamstring injury. Joe Burgess returns on the wing in place of Michael Oldfield while Hymel Hunt returns from a pectoral injury in the centres. Angus Crichton gets a well earned start the back row with Thomas Burgess returning from suspension on the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Sam Burgess (66) continues to put in solid scores despite Souths recent woes. Certain keeper but not an automatic captain choice anymore with his side struggling.

Supercoach Duds - Cody Walker (50) still scored pretty decent considering the 50 point thrashing.

1. David Mead 2. Anthony Don 3. Josh Hoffman 4. Konrad Hurrell 5. Nene Macdonald 17. Cameron Cullen 7. Ashley Taylor 8. Luke Douglas 9. Nathan Peats 10. Ryan James 11. Zeb Taia 12. Chris McQueen 13. Greg Bird
Interchange: 15. Leivaha Pulu 16. Agnatius Paasi 19. David Shillington 21. Jarryd Hayne

In - Greg Bird, Ryan Simpkins

Out - Nathan Friend

Analysis - The Titans have announced themselves as serious finals contenders, managing a draw with the ladder leading Sharks on Monday night. Following that impressive display, they are set to announce the signing of Jarryd Hayne which has capped off a remarkable week for the former NRL strugglers. Gold Coast now host the eighth placed Warriors in what promises to be one of the more exciting match ups this weekend, which will feature Titans centre Konrad Hurrell face his former side for the first time.

Supercoach Studs - Konrad Hurrell (84) is back to his blockbusting best and is a serious option for the run home. Ryan James (69) got back to a solid score after a string of terrible results.

Supercoach Duds - Ash Taylor (35) may be a contender for the rookie of the year, but it's Jonathan Thurston and Shaun Johnson all the way for the majority of sides.

1. Tuimoala Lolohea 2. Ken Maumalo 3. David Fusitua 4. Solomone Kata 5. Manu Vatuvei 6. Thomas Leuluai 7. Shaun Johnson 8. Jacob Lillyman 21. Jazz Tevaga 10. Albert Vete 11. Bodene Thompson 12. Ryan Hoffman 13. Simon Mannering
Interchange: 14. Nathaniel Roache 15. Sam Lisone 16. Ben Matulino 18. Blake Ayshford

In - Bunty Afoa, Nathaniel Roache

Out - Jazz Tevaga

Analysis - The Warriors ended their horrible record in Golden Point with some Shaun Johnson brilliance snatching the two competition points at Mt Smart Stadium last week. The Warriors now travel to CBUS Stadium to face an in form Gold Coast who currently sit just one point ahead of them on the ladder. Rookie Bunty Afoa returns to the 17 after a brief stint in the 20's last week and replaces Jazz Tevaga on the bench.

Supercoach Studs - Shaun Johnson (95) is absolutely in career best form and is a consistent performer week in week out in 2016. Simon Mannering (78) is as reliable as ever and is a must in your 17 this week. Tui Lolohea (73) has returned to fullback and looms as a serious point of difference for the run home…provided he isn't dropped for playing too well by the coach.

Supercoach Duds - Bunty Afoa (DNP) was punted to the Holden Cup last week in a devastating blow for owners, he may get some more cash this week but even so can be cashed in if he has done enough. Bodene Thompson (47) returned from a calf injury and will only improve.

1. James Tedesco 2. David Nofoaluma 3. Tim Simona 4. Kevin Naiqama 5. Jordan Rankin 6. Mitchell Moses 7. Jack Littlejohn 8. Aaron Woods 9. Dene Halatau 10. Sauaso Sue 11. Josh Aloiai 12. Chris Lawrence 13. Elijah Taylor
Interchange: 14. Kyle Lovett 15. Ava Seumanufagai 16. Tim Grant 17. Joel Edwards

In - Jack Littlejohn

Out - Luke Brooks

Analysis - The Tigers will be looking to make it 3 in row when they host North Queensland at Leichardt Oval on Sunday afternoon. The Tigers have lost halfback Luke Brooks who have been replaced by Jack Littlejohn in the only change from their win over the Eels.

Supercoach Studs - James Tedesco (72) scored a try and was back to his dangerous best against the Eels, he will be heavily marked by the Cowboys defence this week. Mitchell Moses (92) and David Nofoaluma (77) have emerged as serious point of differences. Moses has hit career best form with a 3 round average of 82pts. Nofoaluma has been sensational a quiet achiever after a terrible start to the year, averaging 69pts over his last 5 games.

Supercoach Duds - Aaron Woods (34) couldn't back up his 75pts against the Dragons and is not an option.

1. Lachlan Coote 2. Javid Bowen 3. Justin O'Neill 4. Kane Linnett 5. Antonio Winterstein 6. Michael Morgan 18. Johnathan Thurston 8. Matthew Scott 9. Jake Granville 10. James Tamou 11. Gavin Cooper 12. Ethan Lowe 13. Jason Taumalolo
Interchange: 14. Rory Kostjasyn 15. John Asiata 16. Scott Bolton 17. Ben Hannant

Analysis - Despite their last start loss to the Melbourne Storm, North Queensland have selected the same 17, with star halfback Jonathan Thurston again not named despite being close to being a late inclusion against Melbourne. It is doubtful he will be risked against the Tigers.

Supercoach Studs - Ethan Lowe (85) took over the goalkicking in Thurston's absence and put in a strong performance. Jason Taumalolo (66) again proved his worth with his strong runs a feature.

Supercoach Duds - Jonathan Thurston (DNP) has again not been named but unless you somehow have loads of trades he is a certain hold.  Javid Bowen (27) has done his dash and must be moved on this weekend at a very tidy $125k profit.

1. Matt Moylan 2. Josh Mansour 3. Waqa Blake 4. Tyrone Peachey 5. Dallin Watene Zelezniak 6. Bryce Cartwright 7. Nathan Cleary 8. Leilani Latu 9. Peter Wallace 14. Moses Leota 11. Isaah Yeo 12. James Fisher-Harris 13. Trent Merrin
Interchange: 21. Jeremy Latimore 15. Sitaleki Akauola 16. Chris Grevsmuhl 17. Zak Hardaker

Analysis - The Panthers were run down at the death by a sensational Shaun Johnson try in Golden Point in a heartbreaking loss at Mt Smart Stadium. They now have a decent turnaround where they face the Roosters at home where they desperately need to win or risk dropping out of the Top 8.

Supercoach Studs - Trent Merrin (84) has been rock solid and is the sensible captain choice given his form and that he plays on a Monday night. Josh Mansour (117) scored 2 tries against the Warriors and has been in sensational form since making his NSW Origin debut this year. Nathan Cleary (67) is a gun and can even be kept on as back up for finals.

Supercoach Duds - Bryce Cartwright (56) has been named at five-eighth despite Te Maire Martin returning through NSW Cup last weekend.  Matt Moylan (14) had a bit of a shocker but is still a good sneaky option for the run home given the Panthers seemingly easy run home.

1. Blake Ferguson 2. Daniel Tupou 3. Dale Copley 4. Shaun Kenny-Dowall 5. Latrell Mitchell 6. Connor Watson 16. Ryan Matterson 8. Isaac Liu 9. Jake Friend 10. Dylan Napa 11. Boyd Cordner 12. Mitchell Aubusson 13. Sio Siua Taukeiaho
Interchange: 14. Sam Moa 15. Aidan Guerra 17. Kane Evans 18. Grant Garvey

Analysis - The Roosters continued their good form with their best performance of the season, thrashing the Broncos 32-16 at Allianz Stadium. They have again named the same 17 and will take plenty of confidence when they travel to the foot of the mountains on Monday night.

Supercoach Studs - Boyd Cordner (87) is a great pick up for the backrow and has a five match average of 69pts and runs some great lines off Mitchell Pearce (47) close to the line, increasing the chances of a try or two.

Supercoach Duds - Ryan Matterson (3) is an auto-emergency nightmare, get him out of there!
