Anderson still wants top job

Chris Anderson wants the Australian Rugby League coaching job again next year provided he is still coaching at club level.

Anderson, who has returned to Sydney this morning with most of the Australian players after their 3-0 Test series win over Great Britain, is in dispute with his Cronulla NRL club. "Opes" says he doesn't know if he will re-apply for the Australian job if he doesn't retain the Cronulla post.

He says he didn't expect his vastly understrength Australian team to sweep the series, but described the performance as a great team effort.
