Another young Rhino comes to
London

London Broncos have taken prop Tommy Gallagher on one month's loan from Leeds, and Austin Buchanan has returned to the Rhinos following his spell in the capital. Gallagher, 19, has been in good form for the Rhinos' Under-21 side this season, playing in a variety of positions in the pack after returning from a loan spell at York earlier in the year. He was the club's Academy Player of the Year in 2002, and capped a fine campaign by being a member of the England Academy side, which historically defeated the Australian Schoolboys, scoring a superb long-range try in the First Test.

Gallagher, a Batley Boys junior, has come through the Academy system at Leeds and is the latest player to spend time with the Broncos on loan.

Damian Kennedy, also from Leeds Academy, is still with the Broncos after his loan was recently extended, but winger Austin Buchanan has returned to Headingley. Gallagher is available for coach Tony Rea to use this Friday night in London's visit to St Helens. Before his first training session with the team today Tommy said: "I've heard a lot of good things about the place (London) and I thought it would be a good move for me and a good learning experience." I know Damian (Kennedy) and he's settled in well and I hope I can do the same." London fans who cannot get to the game on Friday night can listen to live match commentary through the Broncos website. www.londonbroncos.co.uk courtesy of BBC London 94.9fm.
