Bears hope to remain in Top 8 with win Newcastle

This Sunday 18th of July the Mighty North Sydney Bears travel to Newcastle to play northern neighbours the Newcastle Knights. The entertaining and flashy Jersey Flegg team will attempt to remain in touch with the top eight with a win against the Knights.

Their last encounter at North Sydney Oval was a strong and tough win by the Bears, winning 36-14. Three of the team's pivotal players return for the second match, hooker Tim Woodbine and front rowers Cheyne Tickle and Tane Tutaki. "It'll be good to have some specialist props again" says Jersey Fleggmcoach Josh White.

Also The North Sydney Premier League side will have fire in their eyes as they look to revenge their loss against the Canberra Raiders last Saturday.
