London Broncos Academy team, after an impressive start to the season, have three players selected to tour Australia in August representing Great Britain BARLA U19s. The club is delighted with the selection of captain Michael Worrincy, leading try scorer, Ade Adebesi, and prop forward Louis McCarthy-Scarbrook for the tour.
London Broncos Academy Assistant Coach Nooroa Ogden is delighted for his players: "They have all developed as players through our own development systems and it's a reward for their hard work and commitment.
It's most encouraging not just for these three but for our other young players as well who can see the pathway for representation is there."
The lads will now need a bit of help to get them on their way and we're looking for some financial support to help cover the costs of the trip, which is about ?1200 each."
All contributors will be published in the Academy section of Game On! and will each be entered to win a signed London Broncos playing shirt.
Your support is greatly appreciated in advance.
