Canberra utility Terry Campese has agreed to a new two-year deal with the Raiders after turning is back on a mooted switch to rugby union.
Campese, the nephew of former union great David Campese, was linked to the Brumbies last week but decided to stick with league and will remain at Canberra until the end of 2008. The current captain of the Raiders Premier League team, Campese is seen as the next five-eighth for Canberra when veteran Jason Smith joins North Queensland next year.
