Carney rates King the game's best
winger

Great Britain flanker Brian Carney says Matt King ? his Australian rival in Saturday night's Tri Nations showdown - is the best winger in the world.

Carney says he's been very impressed with King's season and rates him and New Zealand's Lesley Vainikolo the best winger's in the game. The Great Britain winger, who's heading to Australia next season to join Newcastle before linking with the Gold Coast it debuts in the NRL in 2007, has bounced back from some savage criticism against Australia and New Zealand in his last two Tri Nations outings.

He's confident a hamstring niggle won't stop him playing in Saturday night's game which will decide which teams meet in the November 26 final at Elland Road in Leeds. KING has a healthy respect for Carney, saying the Irish-born winger gave him the slip a few times when they first clashed earlier this month in Wigan.
