Eels make it two in a row at home

An under-strength Parramatta team has run out 38-6 winners against an ill-disciplined Raiders outfit at Parramatta Stadium tonight.

With Nathan Cayless, Timana Tahu and Brett Finch all ruled out through injury, it appeared as though the Raiders could spring their second upset in two weeks after their crushing win over Newcastle last week.

But with plenty of rain in Sydney town tonight conditions were very slippery and the Eels were the ones who paid respect to the wet, even though both sides struggled with handling at times.
