Five clubs in Salary Cap

The Bulldogs have done it again, with reports that the club faces a fine in the order of $100,000 after once again breaching the National Rugby League's salary cap. This time, however, the seriousness of the breach is nowhere near the level incurred during the 2002 season, which saw the club stripped of 37 competition points and copping a $500,000 fine.

The other four clubs involved are the Penrith Panthers, Melbourne Storm, Sydney Roosters and St George Illawarra Dragons. Details will be revealed following today's NRL board meeting.
