NSW State of Origin coach Phil Gould and captain Andrew Johns have buried the hatchet on The Footy Show.
Gould says there was a problem last week because Johns wasn't showing enough commitment to a pre-Origin camp - but he says the issue is now dead and buried. He says he didn't criticise Johns's form or captaincy in front of the other NSW players.
Johns says he's fully committed to the Origin series, and admits he arrived at the camp in a bad mood after losing games with his Newcastle club team and the Country representative side.
