Harrison, Bird Back For Tigers Clash

The Jetstar Gold Coast Titans will welcome back State of Origin representative duo Ashley Harrison and Greg Bird for Friday night's Round 6 clash against the Wests Tigers at Skilled Park.

Jetstar Titans Coach John Cartwright today named Harrison (hamstring) and Bird (one match suspension) to make their respective returns, with Bird slotting in for injured back rower Anthony Laffranchi (ankle, 6-8 weeks) in the No.11 jersey.

Harrison returns to his customary spot at lock after missing the past two matches through injury, while William Zillman retains his place at five-eighth with Luke Capewell at fullback.

The match will mark a major milestone for interchange prop Michael Henderson, who will line-up for his 100th NRL appearance.
