Hart Joins
Broncos in Dubai Ahead of New Season in London

London Broncos are pleased to announce the signing of South Sydney second rower, Andrew Hart, who joined the full playing squad in Dubai today.

Hart will return to London with the squad, subject to a successful visa application, when the team returns to London next Friday.

The former 'Rabbitoh' has played 140 games in the NRL since making his top-flight debut with Illawarra Steelers in 1997. He was a member of the inaugural St George Illawarra Dragons team that came into effect in 1999 before moving to South Sydney, where he was captain for much of his first season, in 2002.

The 26 year old has signed a one-year deal with the club.

Broncos coach Tony Rea, who continues to speak very highly of the squad's Dubai experience, is delighted to have secured Hart's services: "He's a solid forward with good experience at the top level and that's what we were looking for.

"I think we're both lucky to have been able to strike a deal so quickly with not a long lead in to our first game of the season."

Andrew commented: "I have heard a lot of good things about the club and about London. I'm excited about what's ahead and I intend to throw myself immediately into preparation."
