Holmes a Court calls on Piggins to move
on

Incoming South Sydney executive chairman Peter Holmes A Court will meet with the Souths Leagues Club board today in a bid to overturn his banning from the club.

Holmes A Court was last week barred from entering the leagues club, which houses the football club's offices. The millionaire businessman has also called on Leagues club chairman and Souths patriarch George Piggins to drop his challenge to the Souths members vote which gave Holmes A Court and Hollywood actor Russell Crowe ownership of the football club.

Despite vowing to walk away from the club following the members' decision to accept the privatisation bid, Piggins has now launched a legal campaign contesting the vote.
