Hull FC v Catalans (R1) preview

Hull FC are without Paul Cooke (knee), Paul King (ankle) and new signing Willie Manu (nose) against Catalans Dragons, while flu victims Motu Tony and Graeme Horne are also ruled out because of a lack of match-fitness.

Tommy Lee is set to fill the half-back slot vacated by Cooke and there are debuts for Matt Sing, Danny Tickle, Wayne Godwin and Hutch Maiava.

Les Catalans have nine new faces in their initial 20-man squad, including talented Australian quartet Casey McGuire, Jason Croker, Clint Greenshiels and Adam Mogg.

Their injury absentees are captain and scrum-half Stacey Jones and French international forwards Djamel Fakir and Mathieu Griffi.
