In-Form Bulldogs Flegg Destroy Bunnies

The 54-10 victory over the Souths Sydney Rabbitohs by the Mitsubishi Electric Bulldogs Jersey Flegg team on Saturday was their best performance of the season. A powerful platform was laid by the young Dogs pack of forwards to get on top of the Rabbitohs forwards.

This led to some smart tries. Adnan Saleh finished off 4 tries from his left wing position and went close to a couple of others.

Man of the Match was well earned by the team captain and fullback Ben Farrell who led by example and had a hand in a mountain of work. Big forwards Stan Tuionuku and John Kite both had very good games and five eight Issac Luke continues to impress.

More merit for the win is that both teams are well in contention for the top eight. A big wrap must also go to our young front rower Jamie Judge who play continuously for the Flegg for 55 minutes and then going into the Premier League squad for the next game and played the major proportion of that game. Jamie has become a great clubman and a good young talent.

The Flegg Team have a bye next week and return in round 15 at the Sydney Showground to play the Canberra Raiders on Sunday the 19th June starting at 11.30am.
