Leuleuai signs 3 year deal with
Warriors

New Zealand Warriors rugby league five-eighth Thomas Leuluai has agreed to a new three year contract with the club.

Three months after making his New Zealand test debut, the 18 year old has committed himself to the National Rugby League club until the end of 2006.

"His results on the field speak for themselves. His development is outstanding," Warriors operations manager Spiro Tsiros told the Sunday News newspaper.

"So we're thrilled to have him on for another three years and see him developed to another level.

"Thomas brings many things to the club. Being a younger member of the team he brings a spark and enthusiasm."

Leuluai ? the son of former Kiwis great James ? last year edged out Motu Tony at five-eighth for the Warriors. Tony has since signed with the Brisbane Broncos.

Leuluai's announcement follows team-mate Clinton Toopi's re-signing with the Warriors earlier this month.
