McLinden Missing From Raiders Squad

The Canberra Raiders have named their side for this weekends clash with St George Illawarra and not included in the squad is five eighth Mark McLinden.

McLinden was expected back in round three but coach Matthew Elliott has resisted the temptation to bring McLinden back into the side in place of the injured Michael Monaghan (broken jaw) as McLinden is still recovering from off-season surgery to his toe.

Canberra have still named a strong lineup as the Raiders look to continue their good start to the season which sees them share equal first place in the NRL but in the number one spot on for and against.
