Former Wests Tigers centre Mark O'Halloran, 24, has agreed to a three-year contract with NRL club Penrith after spending the past two seasons at the London Broncos.
The Panthers released Queensland prop Ben Ross to free up salary cap space for their younger players but they have already lost Garret Crossman (Melbourne), Ben Rogers (Souths) and Ben Pomeroy (Cronulla).
O'Halloran made 21 appearances for the London Broncos, scoring eight tries.
