Castleford winger Waine Pryce will not play again this season after it was confirmed he broke both his tibia and fibula during the defeat by Harlequins.
The 24-year-old has been transferred to a hospital in Leeds and had surgery on his leg on Monday.
Pryce picked up the injury in an innocuous-looking tackle.
Australian back Luke Dyer is set to take Pryce's place for the game against Leeds on Sunday after recovering from a pectoral muscle injury.
