Raiders re-sign Howell

Canberra has re-signed centre David Howell for two more NRL seasons.

Widely tipped as a future star for the Raiders, Howell has been a priority signing since the end of last season. The 22-year-old arrived at the club last season after debuting with St George Illawarra in 2003.
