Round 4 Charges

Parramatta's Daniel Wagon has been charged with a grade one dangerous throw following a tackle on Penrith prop Joel Clinton.

Wagon, who was very good in his teams' 26-16 victory over Penrith on Friday night, will be outed for one match unless he wins his case against the judiciary. The Eels play Brisbane, who are coming off a hiding to Melbourne, on Sunday at Suncorp Stadium.

The only other charge was to makeshift Bulldogs hooker Corey Hughes. He has been slapped with a grade one careless high tackle after his effort on Cronulla's Paul Gallen yesterday.

Hughes will escape suspension if he accepts an early guilty plea.
