Match Summary It was cold, windy and wet, but none of that mattered too much to the Sharks faithful on hand to watch their team pick up a 13-6 win over the Brisbane Broncos at Toyota Stadium tonight.
Despite missing several star players to both Origin duty and injury, the Broncos produced a very controlled first half performance in the tricky conditions and opened the scoring after 18 minutes through veteran forward Tonie Carroll. Their makeshift halves pairing of Shane Perry and David Stagg took a back seat as hooker Michael Ennis took care of much of the general field kicking and direction, with Joel Moon also chipping in when needed.
