St Helens Rugby League Football Club have today announced that Andy Bell has purchased a 16.4 per cent interest in the share capital of the Club from certain existing shareholders for an undisclosed sum.
This makes him the second highest shareholder in the Club after Chairman Eamonn McManus who holds a controlling interest.
In addition, Donal McGuire, Paul Barrow and Chris Green have each retired from the board of directors. Chairman Eamonn McManus stated: "I very much welcome Andy as a material shareholder in the Club.
