Storm reach make or break time

Melbourne five-eighth Scott Hill believes the Storm's season has reached crunch time, as it takes the dangerous Wests Tigers at Olympic Park this Saturday (3pm).

Hill says the disappointment of last week's loss to the Eagles has been forgotten and fans can expect to see a mentally stronger Storm side this weekend.

“It's make or break time now, we can't afford to lose anymore games so it's up to the team to do the right thing this weekend,” Hill said.

“We've forgotten about last week - it's gone. The main thing is focusing on this week.”

Although narrowly beaten by the Roosters last week, the Tigers will be looking to build on their all-time record of 1-3 against the Storm.

“They (Tigers) went through a little bit of a slump three or four weeks ago but over the last couple of weeks they've played quite well. They'll definitely be a tough task and if we're not up this weekend, we're never going to be up,” explained Hill.

“It was certainly disappointing last week particularly from myself coming back from Origin, but I think the whole team was a little bit flat.”

“I guess the mental side of things is a factor, we need to be mentally stronger this weekend that's for sure.”
