Tapp to
explore legal options against Rennie

South Sydney boss David Tapp says the club will consider its legal options to ensure Dallas Rennie honours his contract with the Rabbitohs.

Kiwi junior international Rennie agreed to terms with Souths for the next two seasons only to sign a deal with Manly. Souths and Manly officials were due to meet at an NRL disputes committee hearing today to clear up the matter but the Sea Eagles refused to show after receiving legal advice they were under no obligation to attend.

TAPP says he doesn't want to get into a bunfight with Manly over the 19-year-old prop but he expects Rennie to honour his verbal agreement with Souths.
