The latest from the Judiciary

All five players charged by the NRL judiciary have accepted early guilty pleas, with Brisbane to contest Neville Costigan's carry-over points in attempt to reduce his suspension.

Costigan has pleaded guilty to a spear tackle charge from last weekend's win over the West Tigers but the Broncos hope to reduce his suspension from two weeks to one.

St George Illawarra lock Shaun Timmins is the only other player to be suspended. He has accepted a one-week ban for tripping and will miss Sunday's game against the West Tigers.

Melbourne Storm forward David Kidwell (grapple tackle), Penrith winger Brett Howland (dangerous throw) and Roosters fullback Anthony Minichiello (careless high tackle) are all available to play this weekend after entering early pleas.
